We can design your part in your choice of 3D modeling software:

After the part is drawn, we can conduct engineering analyses on the model using Finite Elements Analysis (FEA) software to optimize the part design, and then we can test the part in software in modeled assemblies for proper fit and movement. Drawings are then created, machine code is generated, and then we can make your part prototype to test and prepare for production. First prototype made at cost when we do the part design!
We offer 3D part printing and third party prototype creation in the material of your choice after a part design is complete. This allows you to test the part in assemblies and to evaluate its performance against the computer models we make. Fit and finish can be tested and design for manufacturing can be studied from the prototypes saving you time and money in your part designing process!
Current deal: Hire us to draw and/or design and draw your part and you get your first part prototype at our cost!
